We're building - right next door to Meg's place. So to make it easier on you and to show we appreciate any inconvenience this may cause we're lowering the rate for the rest of March. (8 - 31 March 2015)
Construction work is only between 7am till 5pm (maybe later on some days). By early March most of the hammering and noise will be minimal.
A power cord will be run from Meg's Place laundry until power is set up in the new house.
There is still off-street parking and the house is still clean and warm. With cooler days (& nights) upon us the new log burner with heat transfer system will make the house nice, warm and cosy. Also has heat pump for convenience.
Construction rate = $115 (1-2 persons) plus $15 per extra guest.
We charge a one-off cleaning fee of $50 for this house.
